HOW TO USE THE PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT

Against hazelnut worm: In cases where more than 2 hazelnut worm are seen on the 10th of January during the checks made when the fruits reach lentil size.

With the hazelnut worm struggle to be made against hazelnut green skunk, this pest can keep the wintered adults under control and there is no need for a separate fight against the wintered adults. The emergence of adults wintering in hazelnut gardens reaches the highest level in the second half of April. For this reason, the selection of gardens where chemical control will be applied should be made in this period. For this purpose: January 10 is selected from the gardens in 1-10, January 20 from the gardens in 11 -30, and January 30 in those who are older than 30. In these areas, adults fall down by shaking off a cloth sheet in the morning or evening coolness. On 10 quarries, application is made in gardens with one or more overwintered adults. A separate application is required in the gardens where the larvae are detected. For this purpose, in the first half of July, a chemical struggle should be applied in the gardens with an average of 1 larva per January, again with the method mentioned above.

The hazelnut beetle is easily identical as the leaves of the shoots damaged during the period from mid-July to leaf fall are dried. During this period, all shoots of 10 quarries in a garden should be checked and if there are more than 5 damaged shoots in an oven, a chemical fight should be done. If the number of harmful shoots is more, mechanical struggle is sufficient. In chemical control, the target is to prevent adults from laying eggs. For this reason, the time of application is determined by following the adult output. From the middle of May 10th to be selected from the garden to determine the adult exit, a 3 x 3.5 m sheet should be shaken at 3-day intervals and early in the morning. When adult is detected, chemical struggle begins.

In carnation, 50 flowers or 50 leaves selected to represent the greenhouse against the flower trypsin, the application is started when an average of 5 flowers are found in the count. Plant protection product applications should be done before flowering or 10% of plants before flowering in order to protect pollinating insects during flowering.
