Explanation
PREPARATION OF PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT FOR APPLICATION:

The plant protection product calculated over the recommended dosage is first mixed with some water in a separate container. The tank of the application machine is half filled with water. While the mixer of the machine is running, the mixture is added to the tank. The mixing is continued and the tank is completed with water. Mixing process continues until the application is completed. Use the prepared plant protection product on the same day.

Calibration:

Before the application, the calibration of the application machine should be done. The amount of mixture to be given to a certain area should be well adjusted in order to provide a good coating. Applications should be done in cool hours of the day in windless or less windy weather conditions.

CLEANING OF THE APPLICATION MACHINE:

Empty the application machine's tank safely immediately after the application is completed. After filling the tank with clean water, run the mixer and spray system to ensure all parts are washed. Do not wash near water sources. Do not discharge washing water and wastes into water sources.

HOW TO USE THE PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT

Against fruit infections:

1. Application: Autumn rains should be started immediately or after the first rains.

2. Application: If the weather goes rainy, it should be done 15 days after the first application.

Against stem infections:

Wounds in infected trees should be cleaned up to wood tissue in crop, January and March. An application is made for stem and root throat infections. The bark at the wound site should be completely cleaned with a clean knife and especially the parts of the tree crown up to 1-1.5 m height should be thoroughly medicated.

Brown fruit rot after harvest in citrus: Fruits are immersed in the mixture for 3 minutes.

Pear fire blight: Beginning of flower and application in full flower. If favorable conditions for the disease persist, a third application may be required.

Onion mildew: Application is started when the first signs of disease are seen in the environment. It is applied with an interval of 10 days.

Tomato mildew: The application is started with the appearance of white ash under the 3-5 mm diameter brown spots on the tomato leaves in the environment, or in places where the disease appears every year, when suitable conditions are seen for the disease. The application is continued at 10-day intervals depending on the course of the disease and climatic conditions.

INFORMATION ABOUT RESISTANCE:

The plant protection product named MASSFOSET is a fungicide classified as Group U: 33 according to its mechanism of action. Repetitive applications of plant protection products with the same mechanism of action promote resistance development. For this reason, in order to delay the development of resistance, do not exceed the total number of applications of MASSFOSET recommended during the same production season. In cases where the application should be repeated, pay attention to the use of plant protection products with a different mechanism of action (other than Group U: 33).

MIXTURE STATUS:

Leaf fertilizers do not mix with copper plant protection products. Oil or oily plant protection products should be used later as the plant protection product prevents penetration of the leaves. Because of the use of various quality fillers in plant protection products, it is recommended to conduct small-scale trials before making a mixture.

  • Do not eat, drink or smoke during the application of the plant protection product.
  • Do not let people and animals enter the plant protection product until the plant protection product dries.
  • To prevent risks to human and environmental health, use as recommended and at the recommended dosage.


USING EXCEPTLY RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS

IT IS FORBIDDEN.

POISONING SYMPTOMS:

Drowsiness, tremor, shortness of breath, muscle contraction when taken in overdose. Other signs of harmfulness are given in the chapter ‘'Hazard statements (H)'.

FIRST AID MEASURES:

After Inhalation: Remove patient from fresh air. If breathing is irregular or stopped, administer artificial respiration. Keep the patient in a warm and comfortable place. Call a doctor or poison information center immediately.

After Skin Contact: Skin should be washed immediately with plenty of water and soap, if any, should be washed with polyethylene glycol 400 followed by plenty of water.

After Eye Contact: Rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Treatment should be done by an ophthalmologist.

After Swallowing: Do not induce vomiting. Consult a doctor or poison control center. Keep the patient warm and not rest, but rest.

ANTIDOTE AND TREATMENT:

It has no special antidote. Treatment is applied according to the symptoms.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED WHEN USING AND STORING:

  • Keep the plant protection product closed in its packaging.
  • Never use empty packaging for any other purpose.
  • Do not put plant protection products in empty food and beverage cans.
  • It is poisonous to bees. Do not use the flowering time.
  • It is poisonous to the fish. Avoid contaminating groundwater and groundwater.
  • Since MASSFOSET is a fast moisture absorber, it should be protected from being airtight to prevent lumps.

STORAGE STATUS:

When stored unopened in its original packaging under normal (cool and dry) conditions, there is no change in the physical, chemical and biological properties of the plant protection product for 2 years outside the tolerance limits.
